Having an as-built drawing is key to providing an accurate plan for a contractor to follow. A detailed drawing of your home helps a contractor to complete your design more efficiently and to better recommend what works best in the space you are renovating.
What if I don't have an
design in mind?
That's fine and that is what we are for. We will give you several ideas and design samples to help achieve your ideal design.
How long does the average as-built take to complete?
This varies depending on the size of the home and the time of year. On average, we need about 4-5 hours on site for the physical measurements, and then about 10 business days to complete the drawings for our clients' review.
